AUCTIONEERS NOTE:  Matt Seger has been serving the Beeville area for 32 years and here on N. Madison St. for the past 15
                                       years and will continue to serve the area in his New Location between Beeville and Skidmore at the
                                       former El Dorado Club.  Matt has remodeled that location and has bought all new fixtures and inventory
                                       for that location.  And because of the huge, labor intensive expense of handling (twice) & moving all the
                                       current inventory in the store here in Beeville he has commissioned John Sisk Auctioneers to sell at public
                                       auction ALL Remaining Inventory so that YOU his Dedicated Customers may reap the benefits of such a
                                       move.

                                       OF COURSE, Matt will continue to provide all of the current services at the New Location INCLUDING
                                       CUSTOM GARAGE DOORS.  He hopes you will continue to make that short drive to the new location
                                       and see all the new items he plans to have in the store.

                   SELL TWO AUCTION RINGS AT THE SAME TIME - BRING A FRIEND OR USE OUR ABSENTEE BID
                   PROCESS FOR THE SECOND RING   PLEASE , take advantage of the viewing times, DUE TO A POSSIBLE
                   SECOND AUCTION RING & the fact that you MAY NOT be able to see the items when they are sold.  BRING
                   YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIR. We MAY sell everything from the yard by number.  An auction list will be provided
                  to all registered buyers for note taking.

       premises. We Reserve the right to refuse to register anyone without reason.
 2.  As a Registered Bidder, YOU are responsible for all Terms and Conditions. Announced Terms supercede all written ones. If you are late in registering or
      didn't listen to the terms, you are agreeing to the terms in their entirety even though you didn't hear or chose not to listen to them.
 3.  You must have a bidder's number to bid on any item.
 4.  This list is provided for your convenience and mistakes in typing do occur. It is up to you the buyer during the specified inspection time to determine all
      aspects and condition of the item you're bidding on. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS. NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED NOR

 6.  PAYMENT: NOTICE: SKIDMART CHARGE CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THEIR CHARGE ACCOUNT AT THIS
      AUCTION.  EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS DURING OR WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER THE
      CLOSE OF THE AUCTION TO THE AUCTION COMPANY - PLEASE.  SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.  HOWEVER,
      WE HAVE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING WAYS FOR PAYMENT:
      1. CASH
      2. *LOCAL CHECK *(Within 70 miles radius of Beeville and IF the address on your check matches the address on your Drivers License).
      3.  ANY Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee made out to John Sisk Auctioneers for this sale indicating the Amount of Check Guarantee for
           for this SKIDMART BUILDING MATERIAL Auction Sale.  Original Letters Only. No Photocopies will be accepted.
      4.  ANY LOCAL Business Check.
      5.  CREDIT CARDS: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER.
      6.  Auctioneer reserves the  right to refuse to take a check from anyone.
 7.  Make all Checks payable to: John Sisk Auctioneers
 8.  If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale
      and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. (Chapter 2 of the Texas Business and
      Commerce Code)
 9.  This auction sale IS subject to the Sales Tax Laws of this State.
10. Any bidder buying for Resale, must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number and EXEMPTION APPLICATION filled out and in our file prior
      to the start of this Auction. Or, if you will be buying under Farm Exemption, please tell the cashier what items/lot#'s your claiming as exempt.
11. The Auctioneer is in full control of the Auction and reserves the right to settle any dispute between bidders.
12. Bid Increments are at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
13. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 10% =$10.00=$110.00. Buyer pays sales
      tax on total.
14. Deadline for Removal; SUNDAY, MAY 4TH,  9AM till 4PM ONLY. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller are responsible for any item left overnight.
15. All items are sold times the quantity unless announced by the auctioneer.
16. Personnel working this Auction CAN NOT load items.
17. This Auctioneer is Licensed, & Regulated under a State Issued Recovery Fund. This Fund protects both the Buyer and Seller from inappropriate and
      fraudulent actions by this Auctioneer. This Auctioneers License #7425. Information concerning this Recovery Fund or this Auctioneer may be obtained by
      contacting the State Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Tx 78711, or by calling 512 463-2906. This doesn't imply
      endorsement by the State of Texas.
18. Please Don't bother the clerk(s).
19. This auction sale is being electronically and manually recorded.
20. You may PAY-OUT as many times as you wish or anytime you wish during the auction AND CONTINUE to bid, HOWEVER, when you are through
      bidding for the day and have made your final pay-out, please let our cashier destroy your bid card or take it home with you and destroy it for your protection.
