This home is being sold "As-Is-Where-Is" with full disclosure for CASH. The
buyer must be able to close within 30 days of the contract
signing. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to
the final gavel price to determine the final sales price. Example: if the
final gavel price
is $250,000 then add 5% = $12,500 = $262,500
sales price. If for any reason the Buyer cannot close within the specified
time the $5,000
earnest money will be forfeited to the auction
company,. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the final bid
offer.
4. Potential Buyers are required to bring a Cashable Check for $5,000 if they are successful Bidder.
5. All offers made prior to the auction will be considered.
6. Broker Participation
is encouraged. If you have a Broker then He/She must register you as their
client . YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE
A BROKER IN ORDER TO BID.
